Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engi-neer to change or appropriate water in Washington County, State of Utah, throughout the entire en-tire year, unless otherwise designated, desig-nated, all locations being from S L B & M. To Change: a-1828 Enterprise Reservoir and Canal Co., Enterprise, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and nature of use of 800 ac. ft. of a total of 2000 ac. ft. of water right acquired by Application No. 6710, Certificate No. 2108. The water has previously previ-ously been diverted from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 at a point N. 90 00' W. 525 ft. from SE cor. Sec. 2, T 38 S, R 18 W, and stored in the Lower Enterprise Reservoir and used from Apr. 15 to Dec. 1, to irrigate 8840 acres of land embraced within Sees. 1, 2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, T 37 S, R 17 W, and Sees. 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, T 37 S, R 16 W, and Sees. 26, 27, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, T 36 S, R 16 W, and Sees. 24, 25, 36, T 36 S, R 17 W. Hereafter, 800 ac. ft. of water will be diverted from Grassy Flat Canyon by constructing a dam to a heigth of 7 ft., the center of which is located at a point N. 33.46 ft. and W. 504.66 ft. from SW cor. Sec. 2, T 38 S, R 18 W. The dam will inundate 2 acres of land embraced within SE-SE SE-SE Sec. 3 and NE Sec. 10, T 38 S, R 18 W. The water will be conveyed from the point of diversion diver-sion through a canal a distance of 5800 ft. to a point N. 75 00' W 470 ft. from S cor. Sec. 3, T 38 S, R 18 W, where it enters the present canal, thence through the present canal a distance of 1935 ft. to a point located N. 58 4y W. 2373 ft. from SY cor. Sec. 3, T 38 S, R 18 W, to the upper Enterprise Reservoir where it will be stored from January 1 tq December 31. The additional water stored in the reservoir will be released from Apr. 15 to Dec. 1 and allowed to flow down the natural channel to a point S. 3540 ft. and W. 1500 ft. from NW cor. Sec. 16, T 37 S, R 17 W, where it will be rediverted in the main' canal of the Enterprise Reservoir and Canal Company and conveyed a further distance of 40,000 ft. and used to irrigate the land described above. No addtional water is applied for under this application. To Appropriate: 15717 James Guerrero, Mo-toqua, Mo-toqua, Utah, 3 sec. ft. for irrigation irriga-tion purposes from Feb. 1 to Nov. 1, from Beaver Dam Wash Creek, tributary to Colorado River at a point S. 362 ft. and E. 1677 ft. from NW cor. Sec. 10, T 40 S, R 19 W. The water will be diverted and conveyed in a ditch a distance of 13,000 ft. where it will be used to irrigate 100 acres of land embraced within with-in SENW and Ey2SW Sec. 17, Sec. 20, T 40 S, R 19 W. 16023 Jesse L. Fish, Pintura, Utah, 3 sec. ft. for irrigation purposes pur-poses from Wet Sandy Creek, tributary to Virgin River, at a point N. 50 (XT W. 3834 ft. from SE cor. Sec. 7, T 40 S, R 13 W. The water will be diverted and conveyed 10 ft. in a ditch where it will be used to irrigate 44.5 acres of land embraced within Sec. 27, T 40 S, R 13 W, and for incidental domestic purposes. 16090 Jacob Bushar, Enterprise, Enter-prise, Utah, 1.5 sec. ft. for irrigation irriga-tion purposes from Apr. 15 to Sept. 15 from a 14-in. well, 100 ft. deep, located at a point S. 1162 ft. and W. 3646 ft. from NE cor. .Sec. 14, T 37 S, R 17 W. The water will be used to irrigate 25 acres of land embraced within NWy4 Sec. 14, T 37 S, R 17 W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form with extra copv and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol.
