Show ROCKVILLE Mrs. Newell DeMille Reporters Cpl. and Mrs. Bill Darling left Sunday for Phoenix, Ariz., after spending Christmas week with Mrs. Darling's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Irad DeMille. Mr. and Mrs. Arlin Frehner of Mesquite were Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Guy DeMille. Pvt. Verl Langston of Camp Roberts was home on a two-day furlough last week. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Langston of Moccasin were with him. Mr. and M Virgil Averett "".u sons of Boulder City, spent Christmas day with Mrs. Aver-ett's Aver-ett's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hirschi. Jacob Dalton lef t Christmas afternoon to return to his job at the sheep camp. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Langston and baby of Enterprise were Sunday Sun-day visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Heber Hirschi. Keith Reynolds arrived on Friday Fri-day from California to spend Christmas day with his wife and son, who are here visiting her father, Jim Jennings and other relatives. They will return this week to California. Lowell Terry spent Christmas here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Terry. He is employed em-ployed with Douglas aircraft at Santa Monica. June DeMille is spending the holidays here from his employment employ-ment in Ogden. Marsha Terry, who is employed in St. George spent Christmas here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Terry. Rae Hirschi returned Tuesday to her employment in Boulder City, after spending the past week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Hirschi. Mr. and Mrs. Philetus Jones are spending the holidays in Salt Lake City and Ogden with their children. Mr. and Mrs. Arch Ballard and son, Melvin, are visiting in Provo over the holidays, with Mrs. Ballard's Bal-lard's parents. Mrs. Lloyd McAllister and brother, Park Beatty of Kanab, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Newell DeMille. A very good program under the direction of the Sunday school officers of-ficers was presented last Sunday morning. Special music numbers were presented by Mrs. Evan S. Pickett and her brother, Milton Schmutz of St. George. The program pro-gram in the Sunday afternoon services was furnished by the Schmutz family and included talks by the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Don-ald Schmutz and instrumental numbers by their daughter, Mrs. Pickett, and sons, Milton and Stanton Schmutz. The program was greatly appreciated. The Rockville M.I. A. sponsored spon-sored a dance in the ward hall Christmas night. A very large crowd attended, including people from nearby towns. |
