Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, Utah, August 21, 1937. Notice is hereby given that Allen T. Strunk, Springdale, Utah, has made Application in accordance with the laws of Utah to appropriate appro-priate one sec. ft. of water from Fish Pond spring in Washington 'County, Utah, located S. 36 deg. 33' W. 1407.6 ft. from the NE cor. Sec. 32, T. 41 S., R. 10 W., SLB & M. The water will be impounded by means of earth embankments which will form a pond covering approximately acre, backing the water up to the edge of the spring. That portion of the pond nearest the spring will be used for bathing, while the portion farthest from the spring will be used as a fish pond. After having been so used, the water will overflow from the pond and .5 sec. ft. will be returned return-ed to the Virgin River at each of two points as follows: (1) S. 31 deg. 15" W. 1570 ft. and (2) S. 33 deg. W. 1740 ft., both from the NE cor. of said Sec. 32. This Application is designated in the office of the State Engineer as No. 12434. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing f said Application, with reasons- therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humpherys, State Engineer, Capitol Capi-tol Building, Salt Lake City, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee within 30 days after the date of completion of publication. T. H.
