Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah Office Of State Engineer Salt Lake City, Utah, August 19, 1937. Notice is hereby given that J. Gordon Blake, St. George, Utah has made Application in accordance accord-ance with the laws of Utah to appropriate ap-propriate 0.025 sec. ft. of water from Paradise spring in Washington County, Utah. Said water will be diverted from January Jan-uary 1 to December 31, incl. of each year, at the point of issuance of said spring which bears N. 15510 ft. and E. 330 ft. from the SW cor. Sec. 35, T. 38 S., R. 19 W., SLB & M, conveyed 15 ft. to metal troughs and used to water 1500 head of sheep. This Application is designated in the office of the State Engineer as No. 12013. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said Application, with reasons rea-sons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humpherys, State Engineer, Capitol Capi-tol Building, Salt Lake City, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee within 30 days after the date of completion of publication. T. H.
