Show Around the County, Arizona Strip, And Nevada Vith the Correspondents Rockville Mrs. Philetas Jones Reporter Mrs. Jo Ilalverstadt loft for Bingham to visit her husband where ho is employed. Miss lone Demille is home after spi-nr 1 inp; the summer months working at Zion Park Lodge. The M. I. A. gave their opening party at the Kool Spot Pavilion. Games and dancing were the order of the evening with ice cream for refreshments. Stephen Jennings and family have moved to Cedar City for the winter. He expects to work on the j survey. Virgie Averett spent the last week-end at home from Bryce Canyon. Mis. Rulon Langston entertained the Thursday night Bridge club last week. Miss Barbara Terry spent the week-end home from St. George. Mrs. Russell Mahan and daughter Pat returned home Friday night from Salt Lake City where they visited relatives and friends for a week. Mrs. Don Jolly and son and Mrs. Fred Fagergren and daughter of Zion Park also made the trip. Misses Ruth Henderson, Velyn and Louise De mille are attending school at Cedar City. A crowd of men are busy on the basements of the homes of Miss Mae Dalton and Mrs. Letita Henderson. Mrs. Onie Lebaron and children, child-ren, of Juarez, Mexico are visiting relatives and friends here. A car load of Rockville men went- to Arizona last week to look over a government project. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Moody of Oakland, California left last Friday, after spending their vacation vaca-tion here with Mrs. Moody's mother and family. |
