ELKS ENTERTAIN AT BOULDER DAM Elks from the lodges of the seven Colorado River Basin states will celebrate the bicentennial bicen-tennial anniversary of George Washington's birthday in Las Vegas and at Hoover dam. Elks and citizens of St. Ceorge have been invited to participate in the celebration. Most of the delegates will arrive in Las Vegas on Sunday morning, February 21, and the day will be spent in sightseeing, sightsee-ing, getting acquainted conferences, con-ferences, ending with a get-together dinner-dance in the evening even-ing at the Meadows. Monday morning at eleven o'clock there will be a ceremonious cere-monious flag raising at the "Crow's Nest" S00 feet above the Colorado river at the dam site, and permanent placement of several beautiful commera-tion commera-tion copper plaques.
