Show VERNAL CITY RESOLUTION NO. 80-8 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING PRO-VIDING FOR AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN BET-WEEN VERNAL CITY AND UINTAH COUNTY FOR JOINT PLANNING SERVICES. WHEREAS, the Interlocal In-terlocal Cooperation Act, Utah Code Annotated, as amended, provides a means for cooperation among various governments govern-ments within the State of projects and services for which they have common authority; and WHEREAS, a coordinated coor-dinated planning service between Uintah County and Vernal City is determined deter-mined to be in the interest of both parties; and WHEREAS, Vernal City Ci-ty and Uintah County are desirous of formally creating an interlocal agreement to centralize and coordinate comprehensive com-prehensive planning services; ser-vices; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Vernal City and Uintah County agree to ratify the agreement agree-ment establishing the City-County Planning Office Of-fice of Uintah County. sSAMUEL SNYDER Mayor Attest: SHANE LUCK City Recorder sMERRILL MECHAM Commission Chairman Attest: MORRIS R.
