Show Maples Jo Openshaw Phone 789-3157 Former Naples resident dies Word was received that George Hcmstalk, a former Naples Ward member, had died. The funeral was held Tuesday, Dec. 30 in Oraville, Calif. Wilford and Vera Olsen, Ken and Gladys Barker, Gail and Ellen Gardiner Gar-diner and Pearl Allen attended the funeral. Robert and Marilyn Stringham and family of San Jose, Calif., visited their grandmother, Georgia Goodrich during the holidays. Nellie Ricbens has been ill with pneumonia and has been a patient in the Uintah County Hospital. Don Whitman of Douglas, Wyo., spent last weekend with the Frank Novingers. Shirley and Hugh and Annette Oldaker went to Provo Saturday where Annette will enter BYU. Shirley and Hugh returned Saturday evening. Glenn and Ada Openshaw visited last week with their son, Dale and family in Sandy. They returned Friday night. Greg Mortensen and children Kiersten, Edie and Micah visited Robert and Teresa Kay and children over the weekend. On Monday, Teresa Kay and son Kolby accompanied her mother, Ida Mortensen to Salt Lake City to take Greg Mortenson and family to catch the plane to his home in Seattle, Wash. Greg is a brother of Teresa. Kay Baker returned to her studies at USU in Logan Saturday. Visiting the Kent Bentley family (hiring the holdiays were Mrs. Ben-tley's Ben-tley's parents. Merrill and Jeri Morrell api'l sen 1 oy of Price and Mr. Bentley's parents, Shelby and Ruth Bently and his brother, Clark and wife, Sandie , all of Farmington. Thelma Manwaring received word that her sister Alta Duvall was very ill in a hospital at Moses Lake, Wash. The Duvalls were former members of Naples ward. Lowe and Rhea Goodrich went via air to Los Angeles, Calif., and spent the holidays with Mr. and Mrs. Bryon Goodrich and family. Leo and Nora Porter of Ogden visited the Larry Jacksons for the holidays.
