Notice is hereby given that the Division of Oil, Gas and Mining, State of Utah, will conduct a hearing hear-ing on Monday, September 21, 1981 at 10:00 a.m., in the Division's Divi-sion's Offices, 1588 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, in the above entitled matter, at which time all persons, firms and corporations interested in-terested may, if they so desire, appear and be heard. Said hearing will be conducted as authorized under the provisions of Section 40-6, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended, the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 (Public Law 95-621) and the Rules and Regulations Regula-tions adopted thereunder. Notice is further given that the purpose of said hearing will be to determine deter-mine whether or not the CIGE No. 36 D-32-9-22 well located in Section 32, Township 9 South, Range 22 East, SLBM, Uintah County, Utah, should be designated under Section 107, NGPA 1978, as a high cost natural gns well. The following described lands have been determined deter-mined to be suitable for disposal by exchange under Section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976. 43 U.S.C. 1716: T4S, R23E, SLM, Section Sec-tion 34, Lots 5, 6, 7 T5S, R23E, SLM, Section Sec-tion 3, Lots 1,2,3, S'2 NE'4 SEU NWU, SEl4. In exchange for these lands, the Federal Government will acquire non-federal land in Daggett Dag-gett County from the Nature Conservancy described as follows: T2N, R24E, SLM, Section 23. Lot 3. TOTAL 35.38 acres The purpose of the exchange ex-change is to acquire the old Jarvie property and to maintain this property as a historic site and visitor center. The exchange is consistent with the Bureau's planning for the lands involved and will well serve the public interest. in-terest. The value of the lands to be exchanged are approximately equal, but will be adjusted in case to equalize the values upon completion of the final appraisal ap-praisal of the lands. The terms and conditions condi-tions applicable to the exchange ex-change are: 1. The exchange will be for surface estate only. 2. The United States will reserve the right to place future ditches and canals on the public lands. Detailed information concerning the exchange, including the environmental en-vironmental assessment, is available for review at the Vernal District Office, Of-fice, 170 South 500 East, Vernal. Utah 84078. For a period of 45 days, interested parties may submit comments to the District Manager at the above address. All comments com-ments will be evaluated in relation to public values and the overall benefit to the public.
