Show ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Separate Sealed BIDS for the corv struction of Schedules 3A and 5A of the Ashley Valley Wastewater Facilities will be received by the Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board at the Office of Uintah Engineering, 85 South 200 East, Vernal, Utah, until 7:00 p.m. (Mountain Daylight Time) April 29, 1980, and then publicly opened and read aloud. The Schedule 3A consists of the installation in-stallation of 7750 linear feet of 12" sewerline and 7800 linear feet of 15" sewerline with the related earthwork, manholes, surface repair, and miscellaneous work. Schedule 5A consists con-sists of the installation of 8600 linear feet of 8" sewerline and 4100 linear feet of 15" sewerline with the related earthwork, ear-thwork, manholes, surface repair, and miscellaneous work. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting con-sisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information In-formation for Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplemental Sup-plemental to Proceed, Change Order Drawings, Specifications and Addenda, may be examined at the following location: loca-tion: Vernal City, 495 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah; Uintah Engineering, 85 South 200 East, Vernal, Utah; Associated General Contractors of America, Salt Lake City, Utah; Inter-mountain Inter-mountain Contractor, Incorporated, Salt Lake City, Utah. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Uintah Engineering located at 85 South 200 East (P.O. Box Q), Vernal, Utah upon payment of $40.00 for each set. Any Bidder, upon returning the CONTRACT CON-TRACT DOCUMENTS promptly and in good condition, will be refunded his payment, and any non-bidder upon so returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will not receive a refund. re-fund. The goals are applicable ap-plicable to the Contractor's aggregate on-site construction workforce whether or not part of that workforce is performing perfor-ming work on a federal or federally assisted contract of subcontract.
