Show 'City Court Activities . . . Two men were fined $50 each for failing to tag their deer by City Judge Don Crist last week. Michael Gerber, 21, Kearns, Utah, and Wayne Gerber, 46, Moab, both appeared before the judge on Fish and Game Citations Oct. 25, and after entering pleas of guilty, were given the fines. Mike Armstrong, 20, Moab, appeared Oct. 29 on a charge of driving while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. He entered a plea ofguil-ty, ofguil-ty, and was sentenced to pay a fine of $200 and spend 40 days in jail. Both the fine and jail sentence were suspended on the condition that military authorities pick him up. He is currently in the Grand County Jail. law in 1971.
