I -r f I r ! 1 ' " "f i t i J f ' , f f Mrs. Frost Texas Rites Held for Former Moab Woman Funeral services for Juan-ita Juan-ita Robertson Frost, 35, formerly for-merly of Moab, were held last Wednesday, Feb. 23, in Houston, Hous-ton, Texas, where she had resided for the past thirteen years. Rosary srvices were held Tuesday evening at Wal-trip Wal-trip Funeral Home in the Spring Branch area. Mrs. Frost died Sunday, Feb. 20, at Ben Taub Hospital where she had been in intensive inten-sive care since Feb. 11, following fol-lowing an automobile . accident. acci-dent. ' She was born June 22, 1936 in Moab, the daughter of Al-onzo Al-onzo Monroe and Rosalie Garcia Robertson. She attended at-tended Grand County schools and was later enrolled for several years at Rowland Hall School for Girls in Salt Lake City where her mother was on the teaching staff at the institution. She also was graduated grad-uated from Stevens Business College in Salt Lake City in 1955. In July, 1955 she was married mar-ried to Guy Pat Blackburn of Houston, Tex. The couple moved to Austin, Tex., where Mr. Blackburn attended,' the,; University of Texas. During this time she served as a secretary sec-retary to the District Attorney Attor-ney of the State of Texas. She was divorced in 1968 and later married Jack Raymond Frost. At the time of her death, Mrs. Frost was employed as a legal secretary for the firm of Butler, Binion, Rice, Cook and Knapp. Survivors include her : mother, mo-ther, two daughters, Michele, 15; Lisa, 11; and a son, Gilbert, Gil-bert, 13. Also surviving are a half-sister, Mrs.' L. B. Titus Ti-tus of Moab; aunts, Genevieve Gene-vieve Marshall of Albuquerque, Albuquer-que, N.M. and Beatrice Lu-ckinbill Lu-ckinbill of Moab. Mrs. Luckinbill and" daughter, daugh-ter, Mary Rosalie attended the funeral and returned to Moab, while Mrs. Robertson remained with her grandchildren grand-children for an extended stay. Former, friends of Mrs. Frost who attended the funeral were Mrs. Gery Chapin of Houston, Hous-ton, and Mrs. Leroy Hood and son John of Dallas, Texas. |
