Show Former Moab Teacher Dies Word was received this week of the death April 12 of former Moab teacher Mary Lavin Wright, in Park City. Mrs. Wright was born Sept. 30, 1898 to Martin and Margaret Lavin in St. Thomas, N.D. She was a graduate of Valley City State Teachers College, Valley City, N.D., and taught in both public and parochial schools in Park City, Moab, and in Nevada. She married Emmctt Ralph Wright in Butte, Montana, in June 1926.
