Show Notice to Water Users The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Grand County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. desig-nated. Locations in SLB&M. a-8532 (05-1052) David S. Durrant, P. O. Box 571 , Moab, Utah 84532, proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 9.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Segregation Appl. 39210-a7. The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, 100-200 ft. deep at a point N. 1300 ft. and W. 200 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 7, T25S, R23E; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 1.8 acs. in SEVa Sec. 7, SW4 Sec. 8, NWV oec. 17, NE'a Sec. 18, all T25S, R23E. Hereafter, 9.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep at a point S. 1395 ft. and W. 570 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 20, T25S, R23E (8 mi. NE of Moab); and used for domestic purposes pur-poses of one family, stockwat-ering stockwat-ering of 5 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 1.626 acs. in E12NEV4 Sec. 20, T25S, R23E. 45333 (05-1051) Thomas F. SE of Moab); and used for domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 5 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in Lot 4, Sec. 9, T26S, R22E. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before November 1, 1975.
