I'ity Com! has experienced a busy period, with ,,yj,c number of cases involving charges of driving while intoxicated. lennis Joseph Sandoval appeared Sept. 5 on 2 charges: one of drunk driving and one of leaving the scene of an accident. He entered n-pleu of guilty to both and was sentenced to pay a fine of $200 on the drunk driving charge, and $100 on the charge of leaving the scene of un accident. He was also placed on probation for one year, and w as sentenced to serve 50 days In jail if he violates probation. On Sept. 5 Jim John Harvey ' appeared on u DWI charge. lie entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to pay a fine of $200. Thomas Leo Brewer appeared Sept. 8 on a DWI charge, and entered a plea of guilty. He was sentenced to pay a fine of S200. ' 1 John William Dobbins appeared appear-ed Sept 8, charged with DWI. He entered a guilty plea and was sentence to pay a $200 fine, and to serve JO days in jail, with the jail sentence suspended upon completion of 6 months probation.
