Show THOMPSON News Ifsms (By Virginia Gruvsrl Another birthday was celebrated cele-brated in Thompson with all the ladies getting together. The occasion was Virginia Gruver's birthday. Those present pre-sent were Mrs. Velma Kelly, her mother of Grand Junction, Junc-tion, Nellie Brown; Mrs. Margie Mar-gie Rogers, Mrs. Rose Lem-ieux, Lem-ieux, Mrs. Beulah Campbell, Mrs. Lena Aguilera, Mrs. Sadie Sa-die Hale (Virginia's mother), Mrs. B;essie Davis, Mrs. Sadie Sa-die Dutos, Mrs. Helen Adams, Ad-ams, and the hostess. All enjoyed en-joyed ice cream, cake, coffee, cof-fee, and iced tea. All present had a nice time. Houseguests at the Virginia Virgin-ia Gruver home over the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. D. B. Curtis and their grandson, grand-son, and Mr. Virgil Gelski, Mr. Curtis' boss, all of Gallup, N.M. They came Wednesday and spent two days. Chet Brostrom is back in the Lower Valley Hospital in Fruita, Colorado. |
