No. 148 Making it the duty of the State Board of Health to make rule governing gov-erning the aanltation. and dlalnfecting of public, building, railway coaches and sleeping cars. S. B. No. 168 Requiring every County Clerk to forward a certified statement of the names of certain county officer of hi county to the Secretary of State, and requiring that the Secretary of State pre pare and furnish (he necessary blank form for such report, to receive and file said statements and keep a suitable record rec-ord thereof. . S. B. No. 195 Relating to calling elections elec-tions to vote upon - proposals to issue school district bonds. S. B. No. 196 Relating to the canvass of the ballot cast at a bond election, making ma-king returns thereof, filing statements relating re-lating thereto in the County Clerk's office, , Issuing bond and providing a tax for interest in-terest thereon, and redemption thereof, and limiting the amount of bonds that may be issued.
