Show MANY HAPPY RETURNS ,' Marks Natal Anniversary H. D. Landee, president of the Landes Tractor and Machinery company, has one of the oldest businesses In the west for Industrial Indus-trial machinery, and It Is considered consid-ered the oldest of its kind In Utah. Mr. Landes observes his birthday anniversary today. Born In Ohio, Mr. Landes spent his boyhood In Kansas and came to Utah about 27 years ago. He resides at 72 North Wolcott street. His hobbies cover a variety of things, but he particularly likes to "read, play and travel." He considers con-siders football his favorite spectator specta-tor sport. As he is recuperating from an attack of influenza, he will spend the day quietly at home and enjoy a birthday dinner with Mrs. Landes and their two sons, H. D. Jr. and Robert.
