Ijggotlations are under way to bring trained gymnasts from Brig-ham Brig-ham Young university and the. University of Utah as a feature of the festival, Mr. Miner said, and floor shows and carnival features are also being worked out. HELPER This '"city will be transformed Into a setting for a Spanish fiesta as Days of '49 are celebrated this year, Acel L. Miner announced her Tuesday. . . The celebration will be officially launched February 10, when Mayor B. H. Hyde will portray Father Escalant and city officials act as his followers to nil until March 3, when festivities will wind up with three days of carnival.
