Forfeiting bonds were John Sud-burg. Sud-burg. 3440 Thirteenth East street, charged with driving SO miles an hour on Second West street from Sixth North street to Fourth North street, and W. Layton Barlow, 29, of Bountiful, charged with driving 45 miles per hour in a 30-mlle zone on Beck street. Roy Edward Michelson. 360 North Fifth West street, pleaded guilty to driving 40 miles an hour over the North Temple street viaduct, via-duct, but denied going through a stop sign. His sentence is scheduled sched-uled for Thursday. Fined IS each were Newman Petty, 109 Second East street, who drove 45 miles an hour on Second South street between Eighth East street and Fifth East street: John D. White, 25. of 131 Second East street, who drove 35 miles an hour on Second South afreet from Eighth East street to Fifth East street, and Howard W. Snow, 27, of 2681 Beverly street, who drove 45 miles an hour on Indiana avenue ave-nue from Eleventh West street to Ninth West street. R. E. Dobhs, 304 Milton avenue, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. driv-ing. His case was set for Monday. Rex Lawson of Richfield appeared as counsel and pleaded not guilty to a charge of drunken driving. His case was set for next Tuesday. E. D. Forest pleaded not guilty to a similar charge. His trial was set for January 23. |
