C Mofflt, superintendent superin-tendent of the Provo city schools, Tuesday was the new president of the Provo chamber of commerce, being elected Monday night at a dinner meeting of new, outgoing and holdover directors held at the Hotel Roberts. He succeeds Frank J. Earl, who has served for the last year. Clyde Crockett, manager of J. C Penney's store, was named vie president, succeeding George L. Eilerbeck. The directors also reappointed Cayton Jenkins as secretary, for his ninth yesr In that office, and Fred G. Warnlck, veteran treasurer. treas-urer. Resignation of Mr. Ellerback, who has moved to Orem, also was accepted, and R. E. Moorefield, one of the directors whose terms expired ex-pired this month, was appointed to fill the unexpired term. New directors In attendance wer Clifton A. Tolboe, Aura C Hatch and P. E. Ashton, while former for-mer directors reelected last month Included Mr. Earl, Sidney Russell, Allan D. Johnson, Wyman Berg and Howard Graham. Holdover directors wer John O. Beesley, V. J. Bird, Mr. Crockett, Mr. Eilerbeck, Eiler-beck, Alex Hedquist. C. T. Keigley and Mr. Moffitt.
