Clayton, acting district agent of the Utah adult probation and parole board, sent for a complete com-plete report on Earle's arrest and said he would present the Information Infor-mation to the next meeting of the board of pardons, January 15. It la expected the board will terminate Earle's parole and attempt at-tempt to return the convict here to serve the remainder of a three to 20-year term for assault with a deadly weapon. He was paroled in 1937 after serving six months. |
