Show GUT REQUESTED FOR DEER CREEK Budget Slashes Funds for Utah Project . WASHINGTON, Jan. 4 (INS President Roosevelt recommended to congress Thursday a reduction In the appropriation for the Deer Creek (Provo river) project from (1450,000 for the current fiscal year to $750,000 for the 1941 fiscal year.
