Meeting at the Civic Center, 54 South' Main street, members of the council discussed plans for distribution of a drivers' manual published by the state tax commission com-mission through service stations and other media. Mrs. Samuel A. Cotterell, council coun-cil president, said subcommittees will be appointed to contact representative rep-resentative of oil companies and, through them, service station manager.
