Show Miss Paisley, Miss Moffat Inspire Several Parties During the Week There were two guests of honor at the lovely buffet nipper party W. Edward Fife gave Sunday evening at hii home, 68? East '. South Temple street. They were Miss Margaret Mary Paisley of Rochester. N. Y., a popular visitor in the city, and Miss Jo- ' sephlne Moffat, whose marriage' to Ned Nelson of Moscow, Idaho, ; will be an outstanding social event of early spring. , Thirty guests attended the buf- frt supper party and played games ; during thS evening. . Two more parties sre planned ' to compliment Miss Moffat during 1 the week. One will he given Wed-' Wed-' nesday by Miss Betsy B. Parrtsh, 222 Twelfth Eaat street, and the ' other will be given Saturday by '. her aunt, Mrs. Joseph H. Pstrlck, ' 1007 Douglas street, and will be a i luncheon. Miss Moffat Is the daughter of . Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Moffat, 1430 Circle Way. Miss Paisley's visit with Miss Marian Cosgrlff. 503 East South Temple street. Is being enlivened by many gay sodsl events. Miss Cosgrlff presided at a smart luncheon lunch-eon Monday afternoon at the Town club, 731 East South Temple street, in honor of Miss Paisley. Fourteen friends of the hostess were Invited to meet the visitor. A lovely bouquet of spring flowers decorated the luncheon table In the private dining room, and bridge was played after luncheon. Parties continue practically every day for the popular visitor. Mr. and Mrs. Wslter E. Cosgrlff, 1283 East South Temple street, will be hosts at a dinner party Tuesday evening at their home for her. |
