He will be sentenced February 15. Evans' car collided with an automobile auto-mobile driven by H. L. White of 2162 Green street, Sunday. Officers Offi-cers said that Evans was driving on the left side of the street In the 200 block on West South Temple Tem-ple street when the accident occurred. oc-curred. Hendrlckson, 31, 87 E street, preventing pre-venting Davis county authorities from releasing Hendrlckson upon completion of a 30-day jail sentence sen-tence at Farmlngton. Hendrlckson was arrested Wednesday, Wed-nesday, 13 months after being sentenced sen-tenced in Davis county on a drunken drunk-en driving charge. Upon completion comple-tion of his jail sentence he must serve a similar sentence in the Salt Lake city jail, or pay a $150 fine. Commitments were Issued for Grant Bawden, 18, of Granger, who was arrested December 23 for drunken driving and given the option op-tion of paying $100 fine or serving a 30-day jail sentence; and Rex Lawson, 31, ot Richfield, who was given a 60-day jail sentence and a $200 fine.
