Show EDWARD D, DU1III RITESM.AtlllED runersj arrangements war being be-ing made Monday for Edward IX Dunn, 62, United States commissioner commis-sioner sine 1935, who died in a Salt Lake City hospital Saturday at :08 p. m. Mr. Dunn had been la poor health for two years. The cause of his death was nephritis. Mr. Dunn was born in Jersey City, N. J, May 15, 1877. H cam to Utah in 1KB and waa admitted to the Utah bar the following year. He specialised In the practice of land and mining law. He was appointed commissioner February 23, 1935, by V. 8. District Judge Tillman D. Johnson and was . reappointed February 23, 1939. Before oomlng to Utah, Mr. Dunn waa connected with the government govern-ment land office in Colorado. He served a chief clerk of the United State land office In Salt Lake City for a number of yean, leaving la 1913 to practice law. He married Mrs. Emma Klncald m 1903 in Salt Lake City. She died m 1937. Mr. Dunn was a member of St Paul' Episcopal church. Surviving are two sisters, Mr. Gertrud B. Johnson and Mrs, Anna Louise Gouldlng. and a broth-J. broth-J.
