MISTAKEN IDENTITY TANGLEGONTINUES A case of mistaken Identity continued con-tinued to postpone the beer license application of Harry Manoa, confectioner con-fectioner of 802 East Second South street Monday. The original application was withdrawn with-drawn July 13. when before commissioners, com-missioners, and referred to the police po-lice department for Investigation concerning aimilarity between the name of the applicant and a man facing a' criminal charge In district dis-trict court Mr. Manos, the license applicant is not ths same man named defendant de-fendant in the court case. The Telegram Tele-gram has learned. However, due to lack of specific mention in Police Chief Harry L. Finch's letter on tha phase of the investigation, commissioners sgsin delayed action on the application. The matter was referred to Commissioner Com-missioner P. H. Goggin. acting chairman of Monday'a meeting, for further investigation, according to City Recorder Ethel Macdonald.
