Show Social Hygiene Advice Planned Utah communities Wednesday will obeerve National Social Hygiene day with programs designed to illustrate th immediate need of cooperation to (tamp out social disease by making mak-ing facts known and urging the public pub-lic to help. Dr. O. D. Carr, state director of venereal disease control and local health administrator. In charge of the program, will (peak before the' Provo high school student body at 10 a. m. Wednesday. Dr. Edward S. Pomeroy, chairman of the social disease committee of the Utah Stat Medical association, will address th Reserve Officers' Association of Utah at a luncheon meeting at 12:15 p. m.
