Show FUNERAL HELD FOR DRUGGIST Final rites for George W. Reel' U, of DM Second avenue, manager of the Z. C. M. I. wholesale and retail drug department, wers conducted con-ducted Tuesday at 12:30 p. m. in the Evans Early mortuary, 874 East First South street, by Bishop Harold G. Reynolds of the Twenty-first L. D. 3. wsrd. Speaker at the services was Dr. Adam S. Bennion, assistant to the president of the Utah Power and Light company. Preceding Dr. Ben-Ion's Ben-Ion's sermon, Mrs. George H. Watson, Wat-son, vocalist sang "Abide With Me," accompanied by Miss Becky Almond. Following the sermon Mrs. Watson Bang "Absent." Acting pallbearers were: Dr. Ray Groesbeck, Chester P. Cahoon, Karl B. Hsrdy, Gleed Miller, Dr. Lee Stauffer and Charles N. Fehr. Honorary pallbearers Included: James L. Franken. Fred Anstes, J. H. Beck, John F. Bennett. John A. Houghton, George B. Lockhart, Waller H. Dayton and Charles Reed. The grsve In the City cemetery "was dedicated by Bishop Reynolds. Mr. Reed died Sunday at 6:57 p. m. in a local hospital of pneumonia. He had been connected with the Z. C. M. I. drug department since his graduation from the New York College of Pharmacy in 1891. |
