ICE CARNIVAL AT LOGAN POSTPONED ... NO ICE LOGAN The ice carnival slated here for Jan. 9, 10 and 11 was 'postponed Friday to some later date in January because be-cause of, the mild weather conditions, it was reported following follow-ing a meeting- at the chamber of commerce earlier in the morning:.
