Show WORK RELIEF: IS HELD BEST Declaring that work relief rather than direct relief is the best mesns of handling the problem of the unemployed, unem-ployed, members of the Salt Lake City and county Joint relief committee will present the matter to the governor's central committee on relief at an early meeting, William R.
