Show Law Proceeds Rapidly In DullJMer Case Justice moved rapidly in tha case of Dr. L. J. Dull, 72, retired dentist charged with murdering his 32-year-old aon-ln-law, Horace M. Randelf, when tha formal first degree murder complaint waa signed Thursday and arrangements completed to arraign the prisoner probably Friday. Chief Deputy Sheriff George Beck-stead Beck-stead signed the complaint prepared by Deputy County Attorney Parnefl Black before City Judge C. F. Dslby. The offense is not bailable and Dr. Dull is held in a county Jail cell pending pend-ing hearing. Tha prisoner was reported by Jailers Jail-ers to be in good health and busied himself about the steel and concrete cubical. He has a cellmate awaiting trial on a larceny charge. Mr. Black and his assistants were busy drawing strings of evidence together to-gether to prove alleged "premeditation "premedita-tion and malice" elements of the shooting, which took place In the palatial Dull home at Butlervllle during dur-ing a raging blizzard Wednesday night |
