Show Smart Bridal Bridge Tea Mrs. A. George Nlbley and Miss Florence Hammond entertained at a bridge tea on Thursday at tha home of their parents, Dr. and Mrs. X. D. Hammond, on Second avenue. In honor of Mrs. Arthur Q. Cannon, formerly Mia Lucy 1 Foreman. The afternoon was spent at bridge, with five tables at play. Tha tea table ta-ble was centered with a reflector holding a miniature bridal party and altar banked with butterfly weetpea and fern. Ivory taper in silver hold-era hold-era were at either end. Mr. E. A. Rogers Jr. and Miss Ruth Fabian presided pre-sided at the tea table. The hostesses were assisted in entertaining by their mother, Mrs. E. D. Hammond. Miss Ruth Fabian will entertain at a tea on Saturday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold P. Fabian, Fa-bian, on Second avenue, for Mrs. L. D. Igleheart of Santa Monica, who 1 spending a week in Salt Lake. Mr. Igleheart was formerly Mis Geral-dine Geral-dine Clark, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Perry Clark. P. Kappa Alpha Mother club will glv a bridge tea on Saturday at 2 p. m. at the home of Mra. Cheater P. Cahoon, 1035 Fifteenth East street For reservations call any of the committee com-mittee on arrangements, which includes in-cludes Mrs. M. E. Chrlstopherson, Mrs. Paul C. Woolley and Mrs. Frank Ward. |
