Show INJURED TRAINMEN -TAKEN TO OGDEN Engineer Rene Burke and his fireman, fire-man, William Bartlett, who were terribly terri-bly . scalded by the blowing out of a boiler head on their freight engine, which they were taking from Salt Lake to Ogden on the Oregon Short Line early Saturday morning, are in the Ogden Og-den General hospital, bojh in a dangerous danger-ous condition. Both men were terribly burned about the face, head, shoulders and hands, and it, is not known if they will recover. re-cover. Bartlett is the more seriously injured of the two. As soon as the accident occurred, an engine was sent out from Salt Lake and the injured men were taken to Ogden as quickly as possible. Both men live at Evanston, Wyo., where they have families. |
