Show HEARING, IS POSTPONED Suit Against Mrs. Chad-' wick Goes Oyer For a i-Wcck. CLEVELAND. . Dec. 3. Nathan Looser, an attorney, was appointed receiver re-ceiver for all the property jf every kind and description belonging to Mrs. Chad-wick, Chad-wick, and his bond was fixed at $100,000. The suit brought by Herbert D. Newton New-ton of Brookline, Mass., against Mrs. Casnie L. Chadwick was again continued contin-ued by Judge Babcock today. The attorneys at-torneys representing both Newton and Chadwick were in court and requested that' the hearing go over for a week. A. F. Stearns, representing Mr. Newton, said the entire matter would be doubtless doubt-less settled out of. court. |
