SOUTHWEST WTOMING Fair tonight and Sunday. WEATHER CONDITIONS. The "high"' noted on yesterday's chart as central about Winnipeg has drifted slowly southward, and its crest now extends ex-tends from Bismarck. N. D.. to Moorhead, Minn. It has not Wily maintained its energy, en-ergy, but ulso extended to the southward and eastward, so that now the entir country excepting the extreme southwest is under its influence. The low area over the southwest appears to be slowly developing. de-veloping. Precipitation was general over the entire en-tire eastern portion of the country, generally gen-erally In the form of snow in the northern, north-ern, and rain over the southern part. Scattered precipitation also occurred over the Middle Rocky Mountain slope, and portions of the Altesourl and Upper Mls-slsrfppi Mls-slsrfppi valleys, and the Upper Lakes. Snow was reported as falling this morning morn-ing at Huron, St. Paul. Buffalo and New York, and rain at Grand Junction, Little, Rock, Cairo, Pittsburg and Norfolk.
