OCR Text	Show SOLD NO WHISKY; GAMBLED INSTEAD - Evidence for the defense was introduced intro-duced in the case of John Gardner, charged with selling whisky to the Indians In-dians on the "strip" near Fort Duchesne. Du-chesne. The evidence for the Government Govern-ment was all in Thursday evening. It Is believed that the case will go to the Jury early Friday afternoon. Gardner's defense Is that he was with a party, several of whom were gambling, gam-bling, at the time that he is charged with selling the liquor.
