Show BOY WANTS HIS MONEY Fortune Has Increased ; Seven-Fold in Trust J. Company's Care. PITTSBURG, Pa.. Dec. 9, One of the most peculiar cases In years waa brought out hr when Henry W. Bom-traeger Bom-traeger of Pittsburg appealed to the court Of Allegheny county to force the Fidelity Title and Trust company of Pittsburg to give over to him at once 1461,970.06, which he alleges it Is holding for him. The trust company replies that the money does not yet belong to young Borntraeger. It appears that years ago, on the death ot Borntraeger's father, the Fidelity received re-ceived 160,000 to keep In trust until young Henry arrived at a certain age. The trust' people, with the consent of Henry, Invested in etocks, taking Frlck Coke company bonds and later bonds of tha Carnegie Steel company. So well was the 130,000 manipulated that in three years' time Borntraeger's fortune of 160,000 was 1525,971.06. The Fidelity has refused to turn over the profits, but Instead hao marked them tip to young Borntreager and are paying him the Interest on increased capital. EorntraeBer alleges in his petition that the 1161.970.06 are profits from tha 160,000 and he wanta this at once. |
