OCR Text	Show Concession to Stockmen. WASHINGTON. Dec. 9. At the request of Senator Warren, the bureau of animal Industry has made an important concession conces-sion to stockmen by modifying the dipping dip-ping regulations governing shipments of cattla Heretofore local inspectors have been ordered to require all cattle to be dipped before shipment. This order la now modified so that cattle designed for market may be shipped without dipping If previously Inspected and found to be free from mange and If they have not been exposed to Infected stock.
