Show Hafen-Dallin Club At Wed nesday Meet The classical myth course conducted con-ducted by Mrs. Elsie C. Carroll of the B. Y: U. at the Hafen-Dallin club meetings on Wednesday afternoon af-ternoon of each week, continues to attract the interest of a large group of Springville women. On Wednesday of last week the instructor gave a modern version of the story of Ulysses returning home after 10 years, and brought out the moral that if a married man returns home late, he just as well make it 10 years as 10 minutes, min-utes, since his excuses won't be any more convincing. Mrs. Caroll also read the play, "Greek Trojan Women," by Eru-pides, Eru-pides, which was an enjoyable feature of the meeting. Approximately Approxi-mately thirty-eight women were in attendance for the class, which was the fourth in a series of eight. Mrs. Clara Sumsion, club president, presi-dent, was in charge of the meeting. |
