Show WLC Meeting, March 4 A regular meeting of the Women's Legislative Coun-J cil, to which a large delegation of Springville women will attend, will be conducted nex t Thursday, March 4, at 9:30 a. m., at the Women s club house in Provo. The program is under direction of the health chairman, Mrs. Frank Gaisford of American Fork, assisted by Mrs. H. J. Heisch and Mrs. J. Isaac Taylor. Dr. Dean Anderson, professor of bacteriology at the B. Y. U., will talk on the lake pollution problem as it affects af-fects health conditions, and tell what can be done to remedy the situation. Lynn Thatcher, division director of public health and sanitation, will also talk on "Cost of Sewage Disposal Plants." Dr. Dale Despain, director of Utah county planning commission, will also speak on ' Developing An Effective Health Program." A full attendance of all Springville delegates are expected ex-pected to be at the meeting on time. |
