Show OUTING PLANNED FOR KIWANIANS, PARTNERS T0NITE Kelly's Grove will be the site for an outing of Kiwanis club members and their partners this evening, announces President J. Y. Bearnson. All are asked to meet at the City Drug at 6 p. m., and go from there to the Grove where supper will be served and other entertainment entertain-ment provided. In charge of the outing are Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Bird and Mr. and Mrs. Perry Goodliffe who ask that everyone bring their own dishes. Kiwanians last week, heard E. J. Duffey, general manager of( Kaiser-Frazer plant at IronOn, in a well delivered address. He com- j mended the attitude of the people ' in Utah county in welcoming officials of-ficials and workmen for the newj steel industry and said the recep-: tion received by him and others 1 connected with the plant was the finest they had experienced. De-! claring that Kaiser was here to stay, M. Duffy explained the workings of the new plant at Iron-i ton. His talk was of special interest inter-est to all present. j |
