Show SKI CLUB INSTALLS TOW FOR SKIERS; AVAILABLE BY AUTO A ski tow has been installed at the site of the old CCC camp grounds in the left fork of Hobble Creek in Pole Haven, announces members of the newly-formed Kolob Ko-lob Ski club, who are sponsoring the tow for sport fans who wish to ski. ; j The tow is in operation on Sat- ' urdays and skiers wishing to take I advantage of the ski tow are re- I minded that, access to the skiing ! site is available by auto, but chains are necessary. The site is four ' mils up the left fork from Kelley's. The new club members who have ! installed the tow are ski club members : Fred Childs, Dick Sum- I sion, Kent Miner, Bob Thorn, Dean ' Packard, Dick Haymond and Rell Francis. A nominal fee is charged for the skiers' use, they report. ! Skiing is good, with approximately 4 feet of snow covering the course, j |
