Region 3 Music Festival Now On In Springville Music was literally in the air Wednesday and will continue throughout today, when Region 3 Junior High School Music Festival Festi-val is held in Springville. The Springville junior high music mu-sic groups participated in the opening op-ening event Wednesday at 9 a.m. Various high school bands and orchestras or-chestras participated throughout the day and the festival is to continue today beginning at 9 a.m. Numbers will also be given during (Continued on Page Two) Region 3 Music Festival Here I Continued from Page One) the festival by choruses, ensembles and soloists. Twelve schools are participating in the event competing for perfec-i perfec-i tion and excellence ratings. Parents and friends are invited to attend the event and are asked to come on the hour as the doors will be locked between numbers and no one will be allowed to enter during the various numbers.
