An intensive short I course for wutermasters will be given at the F 1 ah A cricu'.t ura 1 college from Feb-raary Feb-raary to til, according to an announcement announce-ment by Professor O. V-. Israelson of the ! .artmeiH of irrigation and drainage. Tho course will aim to put the water- master in closa touch with the most approved ap-proved irrigation practice, he said. It will follow the farmers' roundup and housekeepers' conference, which will be held at the college from February 2 to 7. The program will include lectures and demonstrations by Professor Israelson, Professor L. M. W.usor, extension expert in irrigation; Professor Ray p. West, director di-rector of the school of agricultural engineering en-gineering and mechanic arts ; Professor W illiam Peterson, head of the department of gt-oiogy; Dr. IV S. Jennings, in charge of sod survey, Utah experiment station; Dr. F. S. Harris, director of the Utah experiment ex-periment station ; Professor V. Y. Henderson, Hen-derson, head of tho department of entomology; ento-mology; Dr. M. C. Merrill, horticulturist; Dr. K. P.. Prossard. professor of farm management: Dr. George R. Hill, director of the school of agriculture ; Processor George Stewart, agronomist; Mr. Me-Pride. Me-Pride. federal fxpt-ri in Irrigation, and Mr. Fife, assistant in irrigation. |
