The state board of pardons will hear applications from Joe Baklashl for commutation com-mutation of sentence, and from James S. Hickman for termination of sentence at the December meeting. Baktashl acknowledged acknowl-edged his guilt of the murder of a Rio Grande employe In Ftah county, after a comrade had been convicted. He is now serving a term for murder in the first degree. de-gree. Hickman Is serving for murder In the second degree after having kllied a supposed rival in the affections of a Mill cr-ek woman.
