' Iteturns from state districts are le-iutr le-iutr received by J. David Larson, state campaign manager, and have relieved anxiety concerning tho outcome of the drive in other parts of Utah. It is evident now that the only doubt existing concerns Weber and Salt Lake counties which, principally by reason of the large allotments which must bo met in Salt Lake and fcigden, are slower in subscribing tho full allotments. If these two big counties succeed, there is little doubt concerning any of tho near or far corners of the state. Birch, chairman of the West Juab district, telegraphed the district had passed its quota of $100,000 and was bent on oversubscribing, already having a start of about $6000 more than the allotment. The majority of subscriptions sub-scriptions in this district have been for $oU and $100 bonds, recording a larger subscription for these issues than in any previous campaign. Considerable impetus has been given the loan drive by the formation of the Thousand Member Thousand Dollar club, the honor organization of the campaign. Each member will subscribe $1000 and the reward will be the inclusion inclu-sion of his name on the honor list, the issuance of a certificate and a button aud a medal made from captured German Ger-man cannon.
