The latest is Dr. Alfred Hachner. who came from Cologne a few days ago. General von Donirues. who had been chief of the personnel suite for several months, has returned to Berlin either on a vacation or permanently, per-manently, and has been succeeded by Fredtrich von Betz of Berlin, who was a court official under the old regime.
