Although han'lieappcl by a small squ.nl, and being forced to use every player available in school, the Park City high has had a very successful season in football. The tem is small and handU capped b3r inexperience, having only one man who has participated in football foot-ball previous to this year. Considering these disadvantages, the team has played wonderful football. Five games have been played this season, two with the East high, two with Westminster college and one with the L. D. S. uni- i versity. Scores of the games: Park City 7, East high 33. Park City 7, Westminster 0. Park City 0, L. D. S. university 13. Park City 20, Westminster 0. Park City 0, East high 7. The first came of the vear was the East high contest, which ended 33 to 7 for the Leopards. The. last game against J t lie same team on its own field ended 7 to 0. This shows the development of ; the Park gridders. and if they are kept : together for another year Coach Snow should be able to mould a machine j which would give anv school in the state a hard fight for the title. |
